After 200 years and the the help of AI, the LBBW bank brings back to life its founder & former queen Katharina von Württemberg. Embedded in the employer branding campaign #NeuesSchaffen, Katharina is the first AI influencer in the financial sector on LinkedIn. Since October 2023 AI gives her a voice and a face. She interacts with her community and invites people interested in a job to discover the LBBW bank.

The results: Engagement rate ø 12.8 %, over 10.000 followers, broad media coverage in Germany, 100 % more visitors to the LBBW career website & measurable positive effects in recruiting.

I was responsible for overseeing the editing of her AI-generated face in the second flight and managing its final output for LinkedIn.
